In this review, I will discuss a few aspects of the Love or Above program that I did not like. Christie enjoys laughing and giggling frequently during sessions. Initially, I did not consider this to be a professional approach.
However, I must admit that this is simply who she is, and as I progressed through the course, I grew accustomed to and learned to like her humorous yet practical approach to life.
