Google has expanded its AI subscription plans—Google AI Pro and Google AI Ultra—with big updates and new Gemini model access.
The November 22, 2025 changes deliver more power, higher usage limits, and smarter tools aimed at creators, researchers, and power users.

- Gemini 3 Pro is now available in Pro, with up to 100 prompts per day, versus only 5 for the free tier.
- The context window has jumped to 1 million tokens, which is roughly 1,500 pages of text or 30,000 lines of code.
- Users can generate images much more: up to 1,000 Nano Banana images / day and 250 Nano Banana Pro images / day.
- AI Pro gets Deep Research: 20 full reports per day using Gemini’s advanced reasoning model.
- For video creation, subscribers get Veo 3.1 Fast: up to 3 videos per day.
- You also get higher limits for code and spreadsheet analysis.
- With AI Pro, you receive 1,000 “AI Credits” per month to spend on tools like Flow and Whisk.

Ultra Tier: Top-Tier Access, Deep Capabilities
- Google AI Ultra costs $249.99/month in the U.S. and gives the highest usage levels.
- In Gemini, Ultra users get 500 prompts per day with the 3 Pro model.
- The Ultra plan includes a powerful Deep Think mode with a huge 1.92 million token context window.
- Agent Mode is unlocked, letting users run up to 200 tasks per day.
- Video creators benefit from 5 Veo 3.1 video generations per day under Ultra.
- NotebookLM (Google’s research notebook) gets a big boost: more audio overviews, more chat queries, and more sources.
- Ultra subscribers also get 12,500 AI Credits per month to use across Whisk and Flow.
- Other benefits include 30 TB of Google storage, YouTube Premium, and advanced Gemini support in Chrome and Workspace
