Looking for an honest Mindvalley Bending Reality review before you sign up? Here’s the short answer: Bending Reality isn’t sold as a stand-alone masterclass anymore. It’s Part 8 of Vishen Lakhiani’s Be Extraordinary Quest, a 30-day, 9.9-hour program that you unlock with a Mindvalley Membership. When we checked on 16 Oct 2026, the Be Extraordinary page offered that Membership for $399 a year ($33.25/mo), with a 15-day money-back guarantee on website purchases. Below we cover what Bending Reality actually teaches, what’s in the curriculum, real pricing, how to try it first, who it suits, FAQs and our verdict.

The older version of this page quoted $25/month and $59/month and described Bending Reality as a separate 90-minute class. Those numbers no longer match Mindvalley’s own pages, so everything below was rechecked on mindvalley.com.

What is Mindvalley Bending Reality in 2026?

Bending Reality is Vishen Lakhiani’s name for a state where you’re happy in the present and also pulled forward by an exciting vision for the future. He wrote about it in his book The Code of the Extraordinary Mind and first taught it as a separate Mindvalley masterclass. Today it lives inside the Be Extraordinary Quest, where Part 8 is titled Bending Reality and the two lessons named for it, Lesson 28 and Lesson 29 (Merging: How to Bend Reality, Parts 1 and 2), come near the end of the 30-day schedule.

The idea rests on two ingredients that the old masterclass also stressed:

  • Happiness in the now. Enjoy and appreciate where you are instead of tying your happiness to a future goal.
  • An exciting vision for the future. Hold big goals that pull you forward without making your self-worth depend on reaching them.

Vishen describes four states that come from mixing those two. Without either you’re in a negative spiral. Happiness without vision is the current reality trap. Vision without present happiness brings stress and anxiety. Both together is what he calls bending reality, where he says opportunities and the right people seem to show up more easily.

How it fits Vishen’s four levels of consciousness

The Be Extraordinary page frames the whole Quest around four levels. Level 1 is living by society’s conditioning, Level 2 is the “thoughts create reality” stage of personal growth, Level 3 is being a “servant to a higher calling”, and Level 4 is what Mindvalley calls mystical oneness, which the updated Quest approaches through the Merging Technique. In our reading, Bending Reality is the step from Level 2 toward Level 3, which is why it sits late in the program.

What’s in the Be Extraordinary curriculum

Mindvalley lists the Quest as a 30-day curriculum with 9.9 hours of training, a warm-up, nine parts and 18 tools for upgrading how you think and work. The page showed 1,121,026 students enrolled on 16 Oct 2026.

  • Warm-up: the story behind the framework, plus Vishen’s Consciousness Engineering lecture on installing new beliefs and daily habits.
  • Parts 1 to 4: The Structures of Consciousness, The Ultimate State of Human Existence, The Art of Blissipline, and A Vision for Your Future.
  • Parts 5 to 7: Becoming Unf*ckwithable, Becoming Bold, and Tapping into Intuition.
  • Part 8, Bending Reality: the closing lessons of the day-by-day schedule build toward it, from How Your Thoughts Create Reality (Lesson 23) through The Power of Resonance and creative visualization to the two Merging lessons (28 and 29).
  • Part 9: Embracing Your Calling, then a final lesson on continuing the journey.

Joining through the Be Extraordinary page also lists bonuses: Digital Vishen (an AI mentor trained on his books, podcasts and videos), the Mindvalley Goal Analyzer, the Consciousness Engineering program, and The 6 Phase Meditation Quest. If you mainly want Vishen’s daily meditation, read our 6 Phase Meditation review first, since it covers that part on its own.

Mindvalley Bending Reality pricing

Prices checked on 16 Oct 2026, in USD; VAT may apply based on your billing address. You can’t buy Bending Reality or Be Extraordinary by itself. Mindvalley’s FAQ says a Membership is required to access any Quest, and the Membership then unlocks the whole library. We saw two different yearly prices on Mindvalley’s own pages the same day:

How to try Bending Reality before you pay

  1. Start with the free Be Extraordinary masterclass, which Mindvalley pitches as learning to bend reality with the Law of Resonance. It walks you through Vishen’s 3 Most Important Questions to write a goals roadmap in about 9 minutes.
  2. If you like Vishen’s style, join on Mindvalley’s website rather than inside the app. The 15-day money-back guarantee covers your first annual or monthly payment on website purchases only.
  3. Jump to Part 8 once you’ve done the warm-up, or follow the 30-day order, which builds toward it.
  4. Within 15 days, keep the Membership or request a refund at mindvalley.com/refund. A refund removes access to all Quests straight away.
  5. App Store and Google Play purchases follow Apple’s and Google’s refund rules instead.

There’s no unpaid free trial of the full Membership; our Mindvalley free trial explainer explains what Mindvalley offers instead.

Who Bending Reality suits, and who should skip it

It suits people who already enjoy personal-growth books and want a structured, daily way to set goals, build gratitude and visualization habits, and think about purpose. Vishen is an engaging teacher, and the short daily lessons make it easy to stick with.

Skip it if you want evidence-first psychology. Vishen himself presents Bending Reality as partly mystical, and ideas like intuition, “invisible counsellors” and merging aren’t backed by the kind of research you’d find in a clinical course. It’s also not a fit if you only want this one module, since you’re paying for the whole Membership. If you’d rather compare other Quests first, our Mindvalley courses review lists the best ones by category.

Mindvalley Bending Reality FAQ

Yes, but not as a separate masterclass. Bending Reality is Part 8 of Vishen Lakhiani's Be Extraordinary Quest, with Lessons 28 and 29 titled Merging: How to Bend Reality, and you access it through a Mindvalley Membership.

On 16 Oct 2026 the Be Extraordinary page offered Mindvalley Membership at $399 a year ($33.25/mo). The main membership page showed $499 a year ($41.50/mo), and monthly billing works out to about $99/mo.

No. Mindvalley's FAQ says a Membership is required to access any Quest, including Be Extraordinary. Premium programs such as Mindvalley Mastery, Certification and Lifebook are not included either.

Mindvalley lists the whole Be Extraordinary Quest as 9.9 hours over a 30-day curriculum. Bending Reality is Part 8 of nine, and its two Merging lessons are Lessons 28 and 29.

Mindvalley runs a free Be Extraordinary masterclass on bending reality with the Law of Resonance. The full Quest needs a paid Membership, which carries a 15-day money-back guarantee on website purchases.

Only partly. Habits like gratitude, clear goals and visualization are well studied, but Vishen describes Bending Reality itself as mystical, and its claims about reality shifting in your favor aren't scientifically proven.

Final verdict: is Mindvalley Bending Reality worth it?

Bending Reality is worth it if you’ll do the whole Be Extraordinary Quest and use at least a few other Mindvalley programs during the year. On its own it’s a single part of a longer course, so judge it by the Membership price, not as a one-off class.
